Telnyashka – a Russian military undershirt with or without sleeves, made of knitted fabric and colored in the form of alternating horizontal white and blue stripes. Some types of shirts have red or black stripes. It is an element of the Russian military uniform. Included in the set of the Russian Naval Forces, the Airborne Forces (including spetsnaz forces), the Russian Guard and the Russian Marine Corps.
